Terms and Conditions of Use

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Momo Limo LLC defining the rules and acceptable behavior. 

Welcome to the website of Momo Limo LLC. By accessing my site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by Momo Limo LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws. If, for any reason, we believe that these Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.

Momo Limo LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. 
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $150.00 for each carpet or seat damage. Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle. Unauthorized smoking fee is $350.00 per occurrence. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the client. The driver has the right to terminate trip without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. 
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time. Momo Limo LLC is not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Momo Limo LLC is non responsible for articles left in the vehicle. 
Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the run or as otherwise agreed upon in writing by Momo Limo LLC. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 
Cancellation policy: cancellation 3 hours prior to trip is non-refundable. Deposits are not refundable but could be applied toward future trips if agreed upon by Momo Limo LLC.
